From Restorative Yoga and Meditation, perfect for those looking to unwind and relax, to Slow Flow Restore and Reflect, designed to help individuals slow down and reflect on their day, there is a class for everyone. The studio also offers Candlelight Go with 'yin' classes, which focus on the art of letting go and finding inner peace.

Additionally, Inhale provides Yoga Nidra classes, where participants can experience the restorative benefits of yogic sleep. These classes are 45 minutes long, allowing individuals to fully relax and rejuvenate.
