Retreats in Cornwall and Torrevieja, Spain are also available, providing workshops, accommodation, and catering for groups (minimum of 4 participants). Hot Yoga is also an option for retreat participants.

With Charlotte's background in working with Early Years and teaching baby/toddler swimming at Kernow Hydro, she brings her expertise to create enjoyable water programmes for families to swim, sing, and move in the water.
