We specialise in teaching “Real World Self-defence” and “Street Survival Strategies” to any member of the community regardless of age, sex, or ability. We do this by teaching by using the proven combative methods of Mr. Parker's “American Kenpo Karate”, Military Martial Art Methods of WWI & WWII we don't just teach the Physical Aspects of combat ( every one does that ) we also focus on the “Mental Aspects” leading up to as well as after a life and death kill or be killed situation.
