Personal Training options include 1-2-1 sessions at their private studio or in the comfort of one's own home. Free Personal Training consultations are available for individuals and duos. Sports Massage services are provided both at their private studio in Birchington and within a 5-mile radius of Birchington.
Injury Rehabilitation services, including initial assessments and follow-up treatments, are conducted at their private gym.
