Kids Yoga – Empowered Elements is a yoga studio located in Engadine, Southern Sydney, specialising in children's yoga and mindfulness. The studio aims to provide children with the tools they need to navigate an ever-changing world and flourish both physically and emotionally.

Led by Racquel Courtney, an accredited and certified children's yoga teacher, yoga therapy teacher, and mindfulness facilitator, Kids Yoga – Empowered Elements offers a range of classes tailored to different age groups. The classes are designed to help children develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through proven yoga therapies.

The studio offers classes for different age groups, including preschoolers, children aged 5-8, children aged 9-12, and teenagers. Each age group receives age-appropriate instruction using games, stories, and music to make the yoga practise engaging and enjoyable. The classes aim to build a solid foundation for each child to handle life's challenges and develop resilience.

Living in the current uncertain environment can be especially challenging for children, who may struggle with focus, anxiety, low self-esteem, weight issues, and flexibility and coordination. Kids Yoga – Empowered Elements aims to address these challenges by providing a safe and supportive space for children to explore their emotions and build self-confidence.

Parents can book a free trial class for their child to experience the benefits of kids yoga and mindfulness. Through the classes, children will learn exercises to strengthen their mind, body, and emotions. With regular practise, children can become happier, more peaceful, calm, and balanced.

In addition to children's yoga, Kids Yoga – Empowered Elements also offers yoga therapy for children, with a focus on helping children live a happy and balanced life. Racquel Courtney utilises her expertise in yoga therapy to provide individualised sessions that address specific needs or challenges faced by children.
