Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes at Kinetic BJJ suit kids and adults in London, focusing on self defence, physical confidence, exercise and flexibility. Lessons cover fundamental BJJ skills with both NoGi sessions in shorts or leggings with rashguards and some traditional Gi classes. The club also offers children's classes for ages 4+ and 7+, run in small groups with safeguarding and registered coaches. Training runs on selected evenings plus a Saturday self defence grappling session.
