Surrounded by stunning scenery, our beautiful nine-hole course is a true gem. The Eyre and Hector mountain ranges provide a breathtaking backdrop, while the majestic Lake Wakatipu adds to the picturesque setting. As you navigate the course, you'll find yourself comfortably nestled among ancient poplars, larch, pine, and oak trees. The course features small creeks and large pine boundaries, eager to catch errant shots that veer off course, often leaving golfers in proximity to the greens.
At Kingston Golf Club, we believe golfing should be accessible to all. Our reasonable club memberships and casual green fees make it possible for everyone to enjoy the sport all year round. We prioritise our local community and the game itself, which is why we host weekly clubhouse gatherings for post-game drinks and meals. Our licenced clubhouse is the perfect place to socialise and connect with fellow golfers, whether you're a local or a visitor.
Visitors and club affiliates can take advantage of our affordable fees for 9 or 18 holes. For just $15 per person, per day, you can experience our breathtaking course and all it has to offer. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced golfer, Kingston Golf Club offers a challenging layout that will put your skills to the test. Our club and competition days are held regularly, with club day taking place every Saturday. The 18-hole tee off starts at 12:30 pm, while the 9-hole tee off begins at 12:45 pm. The men's course has a par of 72, a length of 5209 metres, and tee colours of red for the front nine and white for the back nine.
The course rating is 67. 4, with a slope rating of 116. On the other hand, the ladies' course also has a par of 72, a length of 4518 metres, and a tee colour of yellow. The course rating is 68.
