Beginners to experienced players. The club was originally built in 1972 as part of Kirkcaldy Sports Club but became the last surviving part after the sports club folded in 1984. In 2009, the playing fields were built over, leaving only the Squash Club. At that time, the club had only 25 members and the facilities were in a poor state of disrepair.
However, by 2012, the club re-emerged as a registered sports charity, with improved facilities and increased membership.
Kirkcaldy Squash Club is a volunteer-run sports charity that aims to promote public participation in Squash & Racketball. The club is accredited with Active Fife: Foundation Level and is affiliated with Scottish Squash and Racketball Ltd. They hold Open Nights every Monday from 7pm to 9pm, which are open to all members of the public. Visitors are encouraged to come down and have a look at the club.

Membership fees for the 2023/24 season are as follows: Full Membership – 110, Family Membership – 210, Student Membership (18) – FREE, Junior Membership (15 & under) – Free but requires registration (cannot book squash courts between 5pm and 8. 30pm). Yearly subscriptions are renewed at the beginning of September and the fees remain the same as the previous year.
The club has two courts available for players of all skill levels to use. They also have a booking system, SportyHQ, which allows members to easily book courts using their mobile devices or the club's PC.
In addition to casual play, the club also participates in leagues. They have two teams in the Lothians leagues and offer a Box League Table where players can join and compete against others at their level.
For those interested in the club's history, the club has a list of past men's champions dating back to 1977. They also have a list of champions for the Millennium Plate tournament, which includes winners from 2000 onwards.
