At Kirkham Henry, we believe in the power of the arts to transform lives. We offer a wide range of classes in dance, drama, singing, and music for children, young people, adults, and over 55's. Our inclusive approach ensures that everyone, regardless of their age or ability, is treated as an individual and given the opportunity to thrive.

One of the unique aspects of Kirkham Henry is our commitment to serving the community. We offer specialised classes for individuals with Parkinson's, dementia, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions. We also provide classes for those with limited mobility, visual impairments, and special educational needs. Our teachers are trained in SEND and Makaton, ensuring that every student feels supported and included.

We are proud to have a range of excellent facilities at our centre. Our spacious studios are fully accessible and available to hire during the day for group meetings. Studio 1 can accommodate up to 100 people, while Studio 2 is ideal for smaller groups of up to 50 people. Studio 3 is a rehearsal/meeting space for more intimate gatherings.

All of our studios are equipped with seating, tables, and kitchen facilities.

In addition to our classes, we are thrilled to announce that Kirkham Henry recently won a national award for “The Best Health Creating Community Hub” at the Health Creation Alliance 2022. This recognition is a testament to our dedication to promoting health and well-being through the performing arts.

Kirkham Henry is also a recognised school with the Council for Dance, Drama, and Musical Theatre (CDMT). This prestigious accreditation assures students, parents, and guardians that we adhere to industry standards and prioritise the welfare of young people.
