Tracy Cooper would like to share an important initiative within the Karate Tigers programme. Participants receive training and education on handling and addressing bullying situations. This initiative equips students with practical self-defence techniques, communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and assertiveness. With these skills, students feel empowered to stand up to bullies and foster a safe, inclusive environment both inside and outside the dojo.
The Tigers Programme, designed specifically for children aged 4/5 (reception class) to 10/11 years old, focuses on building strong foundations in karate while instilling important life skills such as discipline, respect, and self-control. Under the guidance of Tracy Cooper, the experienced Tigers Coach, the classes are fun and engaging. They offer children a positive outlet for their energy, promoting focus, confidence, and physical fitness.
