Krav Maga School Tray

Krav Maga School Tray, located in Montreal, is a member of the Federation of Krav Maga (FEKM) in the Quebec region. It offers a safe and accessible environment to learn simple and effective self-defence techniques. The school is currently on a holiday break and will resume classes on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15 pm to 9:30 pm at the Centre Pre Sablon on 4265 Avenue Papineau, at the corner of Rachel Street in Montreal, Quebec. The school, situated on the 3rd floor in Room 306, provides a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for students to learn the Krav Maga discipline.

Krav Maga is a self-defence method that focuses on using incapacitating hand-to-hand combat techniques to neutralize threats as simply, quickly, and efficiently as possible.
