As a member of the Spartans Academy and Protect (Itay Gil), we receive bi-annual Krav Maga updates and testing to ensure that our students receive the best training available.

Whether you are a beginner looking for an introductory course or an experienced practitioner seeking advanced training, we have a programme for you.
