Pat follows the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) syllabus, using tried and tested techniques developed by Imi Lichtenfield. Krav Maga is not only effective for self-defence but also boosts physical fitness.

You'll learn a mix of striking, grappling, and wrestling, known for powerful counter-attacks. The training also improves endurance, flexibility, strength, and more.

At KMTC, they build your confidence to handle potential violent encounters you may face daily. The techniques are based on natural body movements, making Krav Maga easy to learn with regular practise. Training helps develop the mindset to handle violence effectively.

Krav Maga (Hebrew for “contact combat”) originated in Israel and is used worldwide by military, law enforcement, and civilians. It’s recognised as the top self-defence system globally.

The civilian version covers defence against knife and stick attacks, multiple attackers, gun threats, abductions, and more. Unlike choreographed martial arts, Krav Maga focuses on real-life scenarios, including social settings like pubs and clubs.
