Kriss Hendy is a highly experienced Strength & Performance Coach based in Byron Bay, Australia. With over 15 years of expertise within the endurance community, he is the Founder and Head Coach at Strength For Endurance. While he specialises in strength training, Kriss takes a holistic approach to coaching, understanding that there are many factors that contribute to an individual's overall performance and well-being.

Kriss believes in looking at the bigger picture and addressing all elements that can impact performance, including work/life balance, nutrition, mindset, goal setting, and maintaining consistency.
