At Kuuma Yoga, we pride ourselves on our neuro-psychology/trauma-informed based approach to yoga movement. Our classes take place in an exclusive 'Snoezelen' setting, where the healing and rejuvenating aura of a far infrared sauna elevates the experience. We are proud to be Atlantic Canada's 1st FAR INFRARED Hot Yoga Studio since May 2017.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer a complimentary community class called FREE KARMA YOGA. This beginner Flow Yoga class focuses on seamless pose transitions synchronized with breath, providing a gentle yet energizing flow. It is perfect for newcomers looking to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, mental clarity, and stress relief.
