We offer Brazilian jiu jitsu and grappling classes for all levels, plus kids classes. We also run an introductory course and welcome both complete beginners and experienced grapplers.
We train in Downtown Vancouver. You do not need to book classes, just show up to a timetabled class and we will assist you on the day.
