KVG is a training gym in Kangaroo Valley focused on functional strength, connection and growth. Members and visitors can use the gym with term memberships, 10 session passes and casual visits, plus take part in one on one or small group personal training and adult group exercise classes. The program also includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) for adults and kids, and health and rehabilitation support such as injury rehabilitation and pre- and post-operative strengthening and recovery plans.
