With only 30 minutes required for a full circuit, our workout programme is perfect for busy women on the go. Each machine is done for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest, effectively overloading your muscles and maximising your time at the gym. We recommend attending at least three times a week to achieve your desired fitness level.
