Our mission is to bring quality, affordable, and safe martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness to the everyday person in a fun and non-intimidating environment. At Ladies Only Kickboxing, we offer a range of programmes designed to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels. Our Lil Ninjas class is specifically designed for children aged 3–6 years, where our instructors work closely with your little ones to boost their confidence, motivation, and determination. We also focus on improving their motor skills and building strong muscles and bones.
For children aged 6–12 years, we have our Kid Champions class. This class is tailored to their specific age group and focuses on helping them develop their kickboxing skills along with instilling discipline, respect, and teamwork.
Our Adult Kickboxing classes are open to individuals of all abilities, from beginners to advanced. Whether you want to train for fitness, earn belts, or participate in competitions, we have classes suitable for everyone. Our experienced instructors will ensure that you receive the guidance and support you need to reach your goals.
At Aro Fitness Kickboxing, we believe in providing a healthier and safer way of life through kickboxing and martial arts. Our classes not only help you get fit and lose body fat but also provide you with an education into the world of martial arts.
