L E Performing Arts, also known as LEPA, is a dynamic and vibrant performing arts group based in Sunderland, in the North East of England. Specialising in musical theatre style classes for children aged 5–16 years, LEPA offers a unique and enriching experience for young performers.

At LEPA, the focus is on providing fun-filled classes that not only help students build confidence but also develop new skills. Through drama, dance, and singing-based workshops, students are encouraged to unleash their creativity and discover their hidden talents. Each class runs for 90 minutes, giving students ample time to explore various aspects of performing arts in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The school is led by two experienced and dedicated principles, Laura and Emma. Together, they bring over 35 years of teaching and industry experience to the table, ensuring that students receive top-notch training and guidance. Laura and Emma's passion for performing arts is evident in their teaching style, as they strive to provide engaging and creative lessons that inspire and empower young performers.

LEPA offers classes at two convenient locations. The first is in Whitburn, Sunderland, with classes taking place every Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The second location is in Ingleby Barwick, Stockton, with classes held every Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Both locations offer an ideal setting for students to hone their skills and connect with like-minded individuals who share their passion for performing arts.

To give potential students a taste of what LEPA has to offer, the school also provides free taster sessions. These sessions allow students to experience firsthand the excitement and joy of being part of LEPA. It's an excellent opportunity for young performers to explore their interests and see if LEPA is the right fit for them.
