Keith Stewart founded the Life Movement Foundation in Peterculter, Aberdeen, back in 1998. Recognising the need for health and well-being options in the area, Keith offers a range of practises including Yoga, Shiatsu, Sei Ki, Katsugen, Gyo Ki, and Meditation.
Life Movement Foundation's main aim is to help people restore their health in a safe environment. The foundation provides both classes and private sessions, suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Shiatsu-Sei Ki sessions focus on increasing awareness of the physical and energetic body through touch. Katsugen (spontaneous movement) helps the body find its own balance and self-regulation.
