CrossFit is a style of exercise that is constantly varied, includes functional movements, and is high intensity, with workouts that typically combine bodyweight movements, cardio, and weightlifting. Every movement can be modified to be safe, effective, and fun.
Classes start with an overview of the Workout of the Day from one of our coaches, including warm-up, strength if applicable, and scaling suggestions. Classes are typically 1 hour, and coaches are there throughout to help you stay safe, sweat, and have fun.
We offer 5 free classes for anyone who would like to come try us out by filling out the contact form to schedule a first trial class. When you arrive, you'll complete a waiver and answer any questions before continuing with your free trial.
