Designed for real-life effectiveness, Wing Chun at Lord's is all about mastering efficient, powerful, and direct techniques, without the flashy acrobatics often associated with Kung Fu. Each move uses natural body mechanics to ensure maximum impact in self-defence.
But that's not all—Mr. Lord adds an extra edge by incorporating unique training environments. Students practice outside, tackling real-world scenarios and weapon defences against knives, sticks, bats, and even screwdrivers. Lord's Wing Chun also encompasses Qigong—ancient exercises that boost health, self-healing, and a strong mind-body connection. This all-inclusive approach makes the training holistic.
Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30pm to 9pm at Bradpole Village Hall. Each session costs £7.50 or £6.50 with an annual £20 membership. Membership brings perks like grading opportunities, online support videos, seminar discounts, and a custom training booklet.
