Loveuyoga

Loveuyoga is a cherished yoga studio in Loughton, offering a unique blend of yoga experiences for women. Founded by Katrina King, an experienced yoga teacher and mum, the studio combines physical and emotional healing in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Katrina's yoga journey began 21 years ago, during her time in the music industry. Feeling burnt out, yoga became her refuge, and she now believes it’s a therapy for everyone. Her classes mix Kundalini, Hatha, Dynamic Flow, Pranayama, Mudra, Chanting, and Kundadance, always ensuring they're fun and welcoming.

Loveuyoga caters to women at every life stage, from fertility and pregnancy to post-menopause. Katrina offers expert support, including birth preparation and postnatal care as a Doula. She even provides personalised Hypnobirthing packages.
