Welcome to LP Yoga, located in the heart of Eastleigh, Hampshire, UK. At LP Yoga, our mission is to spread the joy of movement and the benefits of breath-work to individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we are here to meet you where you are on your journey and guide you on the path to mindful movement and self-discovery.
Meet Lucy and Pete Dewbury, the dynamic husband and wife team behind LP Yoga. With their expertise, passion, and years of experience, they have created a space where students can explore various traditional practises and find their own unique form of yoga. Lucy is a specialist yoga teacher and Level 3 mat pilates instructor, dedicated to bringing mindful movement to everybody. Her classes incorporate yoga, breathwork, meditation, and myofascial release, allowing each student to tap into their inner strength and flexibility.
Meanwhile, Pete, a 700hr Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher, brings his deep knowledge and love for arm balances to his classes, inspiring students to explore their yoga practise while staying within their comfort zones.
LP Yoga offers a variety of classes to cater to diverse preferences and needs. In addition to gentle yoga, pilates, and meditation sessions, we offer Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, which is ideal for those seeking a more dynamic and physically challenging practise. Our classes take place in two beautiful locations – the Spirit Health Club in Eastleigh and the Shanti Rooms in Chandlers Ford – both offering serene and nurturing environments for your practise.
We understand that trying a new studio can be intimidating, which is why we offer first-time students a complimentary class. Simply enter the code LPfree to experience the transformative power of LP Yoga at no cost. Our timetable includes pilates classes with Lucy on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as well as an evening yoga class with Lucy on Thursdays at the Spirit Health Club. On Saturdays, Pete leads a gentle yoga class followed by an Ashtanga vinyasa class at the Shanti Rooms.
Each class is open to beginners, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported on their journey.
At LP Yoga, we also offer additional workshops and events to further enhance your practise. From arm balance workshops to handstand workshops, these specialised sessions allow you to deepen your understanding and explore new dimensions of your practise. We are dedicated to creating a sense of community and providing a nurturing space for growth and development.
