Her 1 to 1 personal training sessions are designed to help clients reach their full potential by combining a variety of exercises and, if in-person, utilising different PT equipment. For virtual sessions, Lucy advises clients on the equipment that would be best suited for their at-home workouts, often suggesting space-saving mini-bands.
Outside of sessions, she provides support and guidance to help clients train with confidence on their own.
