Our gym offers a range of classes to cater to different objectives. From cardio and strength training to flexibility and dance aerobics, you'll find something that suits your needs. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring you have a safe and effective workout.
If you prefer more personalised attention, we also offer one-on-one personal training sessions with me, Mel. Whether you're new to fitness or want to take your training to the next level, I can provide you with an individualised programme to help you reach your goals. For those who enjoy working out independently, we have an Open Gym option. This is perfect for seasoned athletes or those who simply want a space to continue making gains. You'll have access to our top-notch equipment and can workout at your own pace.

To make it easier for you to join our movement, we offer different membership plans. Our Bronze membership includes one class per week, while our Silver membership offers two classes per week. Both plans have no sign-up fees. If you're ready to go all in, our Unlimited Classes and Unlimited Access memberships give you unlimited access to our classes and gym, respectively.
