Carmen's journey into massage therapy began after completing her PhD in Nuclear Fusion Reactor Materials and witnessing her mother's chronic pain and osteoarthritis. Determined to provide relief and support to her mother and others experiencing similar pain, Carmen pursued a career in massage therapy.
With a passion for learning and a genuine desire to help others, Carmen has obtained the highest qualifications in massage and soft tissue therapies in the UK. She has also personally experienced and overcome her own challenges, including a skull fracture and a car accident, which deepened her understanding of the healing process and the impact of stress on the body.
