Master Ding Academy Stratford

Welcome to Master Ding Academy Stratford, a dedicated school for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan and Internal Kung Fu in Stratford City and Ilford (Seven Kings). Under the guidance of Sifu (Master) John Ding, we offer authentic and traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan classes.

Our classes are conducted in a fun, relaxed, and informative environment, making it suitable for beginners of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are interested in improving your health, practising meditation, developing energy (Chi Kung), or learning martial art applications, MDA Stratford City will cater to your needs.

Tai Chi Chuan is often described as an internal kung fu system, and we also cover the martial aspects of the art in our classes. For those interested in the martial aspect, Internal Kung Fu (Gong Fu) training is available at MDA Stratford City and Ilford.

Additionally, we offer Kids/Children's Kung Fu classes using a syllabus designed by professionals in the field of education of Internal Kung Fu. Please contact us for further details on our children's programme.

Located conveniently in Stratford and Ilford, our school is easily accessible from Seven Kings, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Dagenham, Newbury Park, and Essex.

To get started, simply come down to one of our classes. We offer taster sessions for beginners as well as classes for intermediate and advanced students. All you need to bring is loose, comfortable clothing and easy footwear.
