Founded in 1988 by Julia Lowe, a highly experienced practitioner with over 40 years of experience, the school offers a comprehensive programme for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Julia Lowe was taught by a direct descendant of Yang Lu Chan, the founder of Yang Style Tai Chi. She began teaching Tai Chi in Hong Kong before taking her expertise overseas to countries such as Australia, Malaysia, and Canada, eventually settling in England. Her daughter-in-law, Cathy Wu, helped her in establishing the classes at the Blackie Community Centre.
