A. , and Reg RAD Member, she started teaching adult jazz dancing in Portishead back in 1989. Over the years, Michelle's classes expanded rapidly, prompting the establishment of Jazz on Tap Dance Company. In 2014, the company celebrated its 25th anniversary with a grand show.

Michelle's talent and dedication have also been recognised by the BBC, as she was filmed dancing for the TV programme Street Auction in 2016.
