Momentum Movement Academy, we offer a state-of-the-art facility in Port Coquitlam dedicated to the love of movement. As Canada's first multi-sport facility, we provide designated areas for Parkour, Rock Climbing, Ninja Warrior, and Tricking/Tumbling, catering to individuals of all ages, skills, and fitness levels. Our passionate team is committed to sharing the joy of movement and believes that the world can be your playground.

Our facility boasts a 100ft Climbing Wall with new routes set every week, overseen by our experienced Head Route Setter, Alex Stewart. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced climber, you can choose from drop-in climbing, classes, or join our Competitive Climbing Team. Our wall is open daily, with specific hours listed for each day of the week. Rental climbing shoes are available for those who need them, and you can sign up for classes or team training sessions through our website.

For those looking to enhance their skills, our Rock Climbing Classes offer a fun and informative environment to learn new techniques and improve your climbing ability. Our Winter Session runs for 10 weeks starting in January, providing a structured approach to skill development.

Children can also participate in our Kids Ninja Classes, where they can learn the skills needed to conquer obstacles just like the contestants on “American Ninja Warrior. “ From rope climbs to balance challenges, our classes aim to foster confidence and strength in young athletes.
