The highly experienced coaches at Move Forward Gym can tweak workouts to suit any ability thanks to their 5-Tier Workout Levels.

The gym is open seven days a week and hosts over 20 classes, plus open gym training within a 3,000 sq ft space. Equipped with a custom rig, lifting platforms, free weights, and a Hyperice and Normatec recovery zone, the gym encourages peak performance. In-house, there’s a sports therapist ready to assist members, enhancing their fitness results.

Post-workout, members can relax in the hang-out and workspace area equipped with a protein, drinks, and snacks bar.
