There’s something for every age group at MSA Stockport. For the young ones aged 4 to 7, there’s the Muay Thai little dragons classes. These sessions are a great way to introduce kids to Muay Thai in a safe and fun environment while boosting their confidence.
Kids aged 7 to 13 can join the junior classes. These classes combine stretching, aerobic warm-ups, and cardio exercises with Muay Thai techniques on pads. As they grow and learn, controlled sparring is introduced, but always in a safe setting. Whether they’re beginners or a bit more advanced, there’s always something to learn.
Adults aren’t left out either. From 13 and up, both males and females can dive into beginner classes. These sessions cover all the basics—stretching, warming up, cardio, and technique training.
