Our 5800 square foot facility in Verona has kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, pull-up bars, dumbbells, and barbells, plus some rowing machines and assault bikes. There is plenty of floor space for functional movements like squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing.
