Welcome to My Yoga Space, a vibrant and sacred studio located in the heart of Thirlmere, Australia. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming environment where individuals can practise yoga, Pilates, and experience a variety of nourishing workshops to foster wellbeing and wholeness.
At My Yoga Space, we believe that yoga and meditation are powerful tools for finding balance and healing the body and mind. Through mindful body movement, conscious breathing, and meditative awareness, our classes help students strengthen their bodies, increase flexibility, and cultivate a sense of relaxation and deeper awareness. Regular practise allows for healing to take place on all levels – physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.
Our studio offers classes suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. We have both morning and evening classes available throughout the week, and all classes require prior bookings to ensure a comfortable and personalised experience for each student.
In addition to our studio classes, we also offer 1:1 healing sessions. These sessions provide a safe and nurturing space for deep nervous system reset, energetic rebalance, and healing. Our experienced practitioners use modalities such as Marma Therapy (energy point healing) and Sound Healing to facilitate a profound sense of rejuvenation and renewal.
Located at 1/25 Oaks Street in Thirlmere's commercial precinct, our studio is easily accessible and conveniently situated opposite Thirlmere Primary School. Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, we invite you to come and experience the haven and second home that our studio has become known for.
For those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own homes, we offer online meditations through the Insight Timer app. These guided meditations, created with love and intention, aim to support you in embodying your own internal wisdom and wholeness. Simply download the Insight Timer app on your phone or tablet, search for “Ruth Pirie” to follow the teacher profile, and select the bell icon to be notified of new meditations.
