Class sizes are small, so booking in advance is preferred. Discounted rates are available for those purchasing a block of 5 or more classes, and drop-in classes are available at $25.
The weekly class schedule at Yoga with Fiona includes a variety of offerings to cater to different needs and preferences. Dru Yoga Flow and Stretch classes are held on Mondays from 6-7:30 pm, providing grounding and balance to prepare students for the week ahead. On Mondays from 5-6 pm, Pregnancy Yoga classes offer gentle yoga practises to support expectant mothers through their pregnancy journey. Thursdays offer Dru Yoga Energising and Relaxing classes from 9:30-11 am, designed to help students start their day feeling great.
