The academy is managed by a dedicated team of coaches and staff. Kirsty Wood serves as the head coach and club manager, with qualifications in Level 3 Women's Artistic coaching, regional judging, and pre-school coaching. Jodie Ellis is also a head coach, specialising in Women's Artistic coaching. The team also includes assistant head coach Clara Steele, recreational manager Terri Beaurain, and welfare officer Christine Richardson, among others.
