In Stockport for children ages 5-11. Our instructors are specially trained to work with young children and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for them to learn and develop their skills.

For teenagers ages 11-16, we offer specialised Krav Maga classes that are tailored to their unique needs and capabilities. These classes focus on building self-confidence, discipline, and resilience while teaching practical self-defence techniques. Our experienced instructors understand the challenges faced by teenagers and create a supportive and empowering atmosphere for them to grow and excel.

Our adult Krav Maga classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and experience. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous martial arts training, our classes will challenge and inspire you to become the best version of yourself. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment and provides a safe and comfortable environment for our students. With ample parking and easy access, it is convenient for individuals from all over Stockport and Greater Manchester to join our classes.

We offer flexible membership options to cater to the needs of our students. You can choose from pay-per-session options or monthly memberships that allow you to attend unlimited classes. Our monthly memberships also include access to fitness, kettlebell, and open mat opportunities, giving you a comprehensive training experience.

All instructors at Northern Krav Maga have undergone rigorous training and assessment through the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF). They have a minimum of three years of Krav Maga training before being assessed to become certified instructors. Our instructors are passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in a supportive and nurturing environment.
