Welcome to Oasis Juniors Badminton Club, based in Amersham, UK! Manoj and his team invite players of all ages and skill levels to join their fun and dynamic training sessions.
Got a busy schedule? No problem! On Mondays, if you’re 13 and over and playing at an intermediate level, pop over to Amersham School from 6-8 pm. Or if you’re 10 and above, join the beginners and intermediate session at Dr Challoners High in Little Chalfont from 6:15-7:45 pm.
Tuesdays are all about the under 8s at St Clement Danes School in Rickmansworth/Little Chalfont from 6-8 pm. For the 13 and over intermediate players, Wednesdays offer another chance to train at Amersham School from 6-8 pm.
On Thursdays, head to Chesham Leisure Centre from 7-8 pm if you’re 14 or older. Saturdays are buzzing at The Merchant Taylors School in Rickmansworth/Pinner/Harrow from 5-6:30 pm for intermediate and advanced players.
For the younger crew aged 6 and up, Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School is the place to be on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm, with two sessions: 9-10:30 am and 10:30 am-12 pm.
Sundays at Chilterns Lifestyle Amersham from 10 am to 1 pm offer two slots: 10-11:30 am and 11:30 am-1 pm for players aged 6 and over. We've got intermediate, advanced and even a girls-only group for those aged 14 and above.
Manoj Shakya, your enthusiastic head coach, holds a Level 2 certification and is working on Level 3. Helping Manoj, the dedicated Guru Venkatachalam (Level 1 certified), and other fantastic assistant coaches Janaki Pal, Sanghmitra Mehra, Rohvita, and Jaffar Samad, ensure everyone gets the guidance they need.
