Located in South Yarra, Melbourne, Studio Pilates at One Hot Yoga & Pilates is a pioneer in Group Reformer Pilates. The studio not only offers the popular Universal Reformer classes, but also provides a full complement of Pilates equipment in both Private and Small Group formats. The studio space, designed by Kerry Phelan of KPDO, is a joyful, energising, and yet calm environment that sets the perfect ambiance for your Pilates practise.

Studio Pilates offers a range of pricing options to suit every individual's needs. Start with the New to One option, which includes a private initial consultation as well as Small Group classes and unlimited mat and reformer classes for 14 days. From there, progress to the industry-leading membership or choose from class packs that suit your schedule and preferences. There are options for private studio Pilates classes, as well as discounted package deals for both private and small group classes.

The benefits of Pilates are numerous and well-known. By working for them, you can achieve a beautifully balanced physique, improved core strength, and strengthened and stabilised joints for injury prevention. Pilates also compliments sports performance, supports pre and postnatal care, improves mobility and flexibility, and can alleviate chronic pain. Additionally, Pilates is known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve energy and inner strength, and promote coordination and balance.

To ensure that clients receive the best possible attention, Studio Pilates has developed an on-boarding process. During an initial one-on-one session, goals, concerns, and any injuries or illnesses are discussed in order to create a personalised movement programme that addresses individual needs and preferences. This tailored approach allows clients to learn the subtleties of the Pilates method and experience not just body-changing, but mind-blowing and life-optimising results.

Small Group 1:4 classes are designed to make the extraordinary scope of the Pilates Method available to all. Suitable for a wide range of people, from beginners to professional sportspeople, pregnant women, and seniors, these classes provide the personal attention needed to reach your full potential, with the added motivation and sense of community that comes with a small group setting. It is important to note that attending an Initial Consultation is a requirement before participating in Small Group classes.

For those who prefer a more private experience, Studio Pilates offers 1:1 classes. After the Initial Consultation, you have the option to continue practising in this format. Single classes or class packs can be purchased, and recurring bookings can be made to secure your preferred time and teacher.

The Membership option is perfect for those who want the ultimate One Hot Studio Pilates experience. With this membership, you have access to 2 × 1:4 Studio Pilates sessions per week, as well as Group Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga, and Mat classes. This all-inclusive membership provides a no-compromise experience that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the world of Pilates at Studio Pilates.
