Penguins Swim Lessons is located at Lancing College in West Sussex, providing a picturesque and idyllic setting for swimmers of all ages to learn and thrive. The facilities at Lancing College include a state-of-the-art swimming pool, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a safe and enjoyable swimming experience. Our venue also boasts ample, secure parking for the convenience of our swimmers and their families.

At Penguins Swim Lessons, we offer a wide range of classes to cater to all ages and ability levels. From our Pre-School classes for children aged four years and above, to our Intensive Courses during the school holidays, there is something for everyone. We also provide classes for adults and masters, as well as top squad training for those looking to take their swimming skills to the next level. Additionally, we offer the Swimsafe School Holiday Taster Weeks, where swimmers can get a taste of what Penguins has to offer and experience rapid progress in their swimming abilities.

Water safety is a primary focus at Penguins Swim Lessons. We are passionate about equipping our swimmers with essential water safety knowledge, particularly in open water environments. To further this goal, we work closely with the RNLI and collaborate with the local RNLI station in Shoreham to conduct water safety awareness events and training. Our annual free SwimSafe day, held on Lancing Beach, provides swimmers with the skills necessary to enjoy the sea responsibly.

We are proud to have witnessed the impact of our teachings, as one young swimmer was able to rescue his father thanks to the skills he acquired at Penguins.

At Penguins Swim Lessons, we believe in providing our swimmers with a holistic swimming experience. In addition to our regular lessons, we offer a range of enrichment opportunities to help swimmers gain confidence, develop skills, and explore new interests. We have partnered with Drenched and Worthing Water Polo Club to offer water polo sessions, utilised the 'endless pool technology' at Brighton SeaLanes for stroke technique assessments, and participated in local events such as the Pier to Pier sea swim. We have also organised scuba diving and synchro sessions to provide unique and exciting experiences for our swimmers.
