Yes, all ages are welcome at Penny's Personal Training in Marcoola, with clients over 75 years and clients 13 years of age. Our sessions focus on strength and conditioning so you can feel fit and strong, whatever your starting point.
I recommend 2-3 sessions per week to help you feel amazing, full of energy, and with less body fat. We can work together to keep you feeling younger from the inside out.
Yes, a pre training session is required for first timers and includes nutrition, body fat, and a full training run through all equipment. You can then check out my studio and view the timetable when you're ready.
