Phoenix Fitness and Total Wellness supports coach-led fitness training for people at all levels in Nesconset. Members can join through an intro session and then train using workout programming that includes warm-ups, demonstrations, instruction, and "universally scaled" daily workouts. If you are new or feeling lost in the gym, coaches provide guidance and modify movements so you can participate and progress over time. It is designed as a community-based place to improve fitness and stay consistent.
