Kerry Stewart, the qualified instructor at Pilates Glasgow, holds a Mat Pilates (Level 3) CYQ Central YMCA qualification and has further enhanced her expertise through additional training workshops. She has gained valuable insights from courses such as 'Mini Balls and Bands', 'Modifying Original Moves', and holds a Level 3 Ante and Post Natal Exercise award. Kerry has also completed specialised courses in Pilates Small Equipment and Pilates Shoulder & Neck Rehabilitation with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute).

Kerry ensures that different levels will be demonstrated for each move, allowing you to work at your own pace.
