Pat from Planet Sport & Community has got some exciting news for all sports enthusiasts in our community! She wants everyone to know about the fantastic offerings at their gymnastics club located in the heart of Cardiff, right here in the UK. Operating out of the Little Stars Centre in Llandough, this facility is packed with everything from a large gymnastics hall to community rooms for hire, all aimed at bringing people together through sport.
As a Community Interest Company, Planet Sport & Community focuses on providing top-notch gymnastics and dance classes for everyone, from tiny tots to adults. The centre is impressive with over 6000 sq ft dedicated to gymnastics. There's a dance studio, childcare facilities, and even a community café in the works. Soon, parents will have a lovely viewing area and café to relax in while their kids train. The centre also features a trampoline and pit, a climbing rope, a 14m × 14m coil sprung floor area, a 25m tumble track, an inflatable air tumble track, a foam vaulting table, mini apparatus, beams, bars, floor mats, and a whole lot more.

1. **Little Rockets Pre School**: Aimed at kids aged 2–4 years, this one-hour class is led by British Gymnastics staff and focuses on fundamental gymnastics skills, physical literacy, and social skills. Parents can either watch or join in with their child.
2. **Rising 3's**: This class is for children aged 3–5 years and offers small class sizes for more focused learning. Experienced coaches guide the kids through physical literacy, social skills, and gymnastics using various apparatus.
3. **Gym For All**: This structured one-hour class is open to children aged 4 and above.
