Our welcoming and inclusive studio is designed to make you feel comfortable and supported. We offer a variety of classes and equipment, including mat classes, reformer classes, and private sessions. Many of our clients choose us because they don't feel comfortable in a typical gym environment. Our small group classes are tailored to your needs, with options for the over 50s and 60s, pregnancy and postnatal, and clinical Pilates for those with back conditions and injuries.

In addition to our studio in Caddington, we are excited to announce our collaboration with Millfield Green. Starting in January 2024, we will be providing classes for members and non-members over the age of 18. We will also be introducing Aqua classes at Millfield Green, offering a new way to enjoy Pilates.

To make Pilates accessible to everyone, we offer various membership options and special offers. For new clients, we have a 7-day pass for 10, allowing you to try out as many classes as you want within that period. We also have a new year 6-week pass for unlimited classes and a beginners 5-week Pilates course package. Additionally, we have discounted offers for personal training sessions and winter massages.
