Open practise times are also available for individuals to freely practise on any apparatus without an instructor teaching. These practise sessions are available mornings, afternoons, and late evenings, and they can be requested. The cost for members is 7. 50 per hour, while non-members will be charged 10 per hour.
For those attending pole classes, it is recommended to wear shorts and a supportive bra and top to ensure bare skin can grip the pole. No footwear or jewellery should be worn, and it is advised to avoid applying creams to the skin prior to the session. Pole leggings, gloves, and grips can be purchased directly from the studio. For aerial hoop classes, participants should wear leggings or jogging bottoms, a supportive bra and top, and thick clothing to prevent friction burns.
