Pole Daze

Pole Daze is a high-quality dance school located in Durham, New Zealand, dedicated to providing exceptional pole dancing classes for individuals of all abilities. Established in November 2019, this small, home-based studio is owned and operated by Caroline Smith, a highly experienced pole dancer with a passion for teaching.

Caroline's journey in pole dancing began in July 2013, and since then, she has obtained her pole dancer qualifications and instructor certificates. With her extensive experience in performing, choreographing routines, and teaching a wide range of moves safely, Caroline is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment for her students.

At Pole Daze, they offer a variety of classes designed to cater to different needs and preferences. Their Mixed Ability Pole classes are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, providing a one-hour session for 10. These classes are suitable for individuals with varying levels of experience and offer a comprehensive learning experience.

For those who prefer a more personalised approach, Pole Daze offers Private Online Lessons and Private Studio 1:1 sessions. These one-hour sessions, priced at 25 and 30 respectively, allow students to continue their pole dancing training in the comfort of their own homes or in the private studio setting.

The studio also offers Stretch & Flexibility Classes, available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, for 6 per 45-minute session. These classes focus on improving flexibility and enhancing overall performance in pole dancing.

For individuals who prefer to train with a partner or friend, Pole Daze provides Private Studio 2:1 sessions. Priced at 40 for one hour, these sessions allow two individuals to learn and practise together under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Additionally, Pole Daze offers Strength & Conditioning Classes, taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 30 minutes at 2. 50 per session. These classes are designed to build strength and endurance, enhancing the individual's pole dancing abilities.

To foster a sense of community and provide unique learning opportunities, Pole Daze also organises workshops such as the Festive Flow Workshop, priced at 17. 50, where participants can learn and explore new pole dancing techniques.
