What should I wear to classes?
For pole fitness classes, it is recommended to wear shorts and a sports bra or a tank top to maximise skin contact with the pole. This will help with grip and safety. We also recommend bringing a pair of high heels for the burlesque classes. For flexibility and general fitness classes, comfortable workout attire is suitable.
Do I need to bring anything to classes?
For pole fitness classes, please bring your own towel as you may sweat during the session. We provide poles and exercise mats. Water bottles are also encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the class. For other classes, please bring a water bottle and any necessary equipment specified by the instructor.
Can I book a private lesson?
Yes, private lessons are available upon request. Whether you want to focus on specific skills, choreography, or have a personalised training session, our instructors are here to cater to your individual needs.

We have a few terms and conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your class to allow time for sign-in and preparation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to ensure the warm-up and safety procedures are followed.
